Las Vegas - For those of you that will be spitting a little cash on the Emmys this Saturday, or just in an office pool, got SIX winners for you. Of course, Game of Thrones wins best drama. Veep takes the comedy trophy. Jason Bateman rocks Best Actor in a drama for Ozark, and Sandra Oh breezes to Best Actress in a drama for Killing Eve. On the funny side, Bill Hader laughs his way to Best Actor in a comedy for Barry, and the GREAT Julia Louis-Dreyfus bags her 33rd Emmy, okay, maybe it's only 12, for Best Actress in a comedy in the final season of Veep.

On the baseball board, gonna take a look at the White Sox with Reynaldo Lopez over the Royals. Lopez has been up and down for much of the season, but the last time out he was up, WAY UP! AT Cleveland, he allowed just 1 hit and 1 earned run in a complete game win. Oh yea, he also posted 11 Ks. And Reynaldo LOVES pitching at home. How do we know this? Checked the pitching bible and found out that he has NOT allowed an earned run in his last 11 innings on the hill in the Windy City. The news is not so good for Kansas City's Glenn Sparkman. Gotta bring out UGLIFIED! Sparky has not won a game since July 16, and the last three outings have been BRUTAL. He has been BOMBED for 22 hits and 15 earned runs over the last 12 innings. That's almost two hits and over one earned run per frame. OUCH!
