Las Vegas - Don't know if you're interested in laying $300 to win back $100, but if you are, say hello to the Dodgers. They play the Diamondbacks, and Madison Bumgarner is gonna drag his horribly tired left arm to the mound. No disrespect to MadBum, but the guy is DONE/COOKED/FINISHED! He has not won a game since July 23 (0-6) and has allowed a WHOPPING 35 earned runs over the last 35 innings. That's a run per inning, but even more problematic is, 54 hits over that same stretch.

Las Vegas - Rolling out West tonight and gonna rock the Mariners with Luis Castillo over the A's. Seattle is locked in a vicious three way fight for a Wild Card spot in the American League. That's one of the reasons they brought Castillo to town. Since coming over from Cincinnati, Luis has won three of four, and allowed just four earned runs over the last 24 innings for a gorgeous 1.50 ERA.

Las Vegas - Looking at Captain Kirk and the Vikings +2.5 points over the Eagles tonight. Minny QB Cousins is one of the most accurate arms in the NFL, and last week against the Packers was no exception as he hit on 23 of 32 for 277 yards, with two TDs and no INTs. The Vikes also got a solid boost from the ground game with RB Dalvin Cook gobbling up 90 yards and Alexander Mattison adding 36. And the defense was NASTY, holding Aaron Rodgers and the Packers to just seven points in the opener.

Las Vegas - Gonna roll with the NY Giants in the early window at -2 points over the Panthers. Like everyone else, we LOVE what first year head coach Brain Daboll did last week going for the 2-point conversion to win the game. Also LOVE what Saquon Barkley did, rumbling for 164 yards. Also LOVE what QB Daniel Jones did, completing 17 of 21 (81%) for 188 yards with 2 TDs. And that was all against a Titans defense that is usually pretty stingy and WAS the NUMBER ONE seed in the AFC last season.

Las Vegas - Gonna tickle Syracuse -1 point over Purdue at high noon. Orange head coach Dino Babers hasn't had a solid season since 2018 when 'Cuse posted a 10-3 record. The last three years have been lousy to ugly. It was 5-7 in 2019, 1-10 in 2020 and 5-7 in 2021. But Dino is loaded this season, with nine returning players on offense and 8 on defense. And the returnee we're looking at is Garrett Shrader at QB.
