Las Vegas - Looking out West again tonight and taking the Mariners over the Rangers. Sure Texas threw hundreds of millions at a few key players like Corey Seager ($325 million over 10 years) and Marcus Semien ($175 million over 7 years). That's HALF A BILLION BUCKS for just two players, offensive guys, but the pitching is still suspect. Dane Dunning gets the start this evening for the Rangers and he has not impressed anyone.

Las Vegas - Looks like the Pirates are a much better team than last season, but they're still gonna have problems dealing with Corbin Burnes. Last year, Burnes won the Cy Young with an 11-5 record and a 2.43 ERA. But the stat that really jumped off the page was his walks to strikeouts ratio. He gifted the opposition 34 BBs and posted 234 Ks. Very hard to wrap my head around those STAGGERING numbers, but very easy to throw some cash at Burnes. Brew Crew for the money.

Las Vegas - Flying out West tonight for the Padres against the Reds. San Diego sends Sean Manaea to the hill and in his first two starts since coming over from Oakland, the kid has been close to lights out. He has started twice, pitched 13 innings, allowed only 2 earned runs (1.38 ERA) and posted 13 Ks. Cincy is sending Nick Lodolo to the hill and his first outing didn't go very well. The Guardians bounced him around for 7 hits and 5 earned runs in just 4 innings.

Las Vegas - First, the baseball diamond, and we're gonna rock the Blue Jays over the A's. Alex Manoah gets the start for Toronto and he was simply a BEAST in his last start against the Yankees. He allowed ONLY one hit through six innings and posted seven Ks. That's exactly what we saw from Manoah at the end of last season, when he closed with four straight wins, and allowed only five earned runs over 26 innings for a skinny 1.73 ERA.

Las Vegas - REALLY early over in England, a 7:30 start in the East, and grabbing Tottenham over Brighton & Hove. The Spurs have been EN FUEGO, winning four in a row, and outscoring the opposition 14-2. Yea, FOURTEEN to TWO! That's like a 56-7 blowout in college football. One of those wins was at Brighton when they fed the Seagulls a 2-0 bagel. Expecting the Hotspur to stay HOT, and dropping a bundle of chips on captain Harry Kane and his boys.
