Las Vegas - Back to the Arch and gonna try St. Louis over Pittsburgh. Steven Matz takes the hill for the Cardinals making his first start for his third major league team. Matz started with the Mets, pitched for six years with mixed results. His last year, 2020, was REALLY UGLY, with an 0-5 record and a BULBOUS 9.68 ERA. He went to Toronto and bounced back with a YUGE season, posting a 14-7 record and a 3.82 ERA.

He started just six games, pitched a total of 29 innings and allowed ONLY five earned runs. That's a 1.55 ERA and that's MONEY in the bank baabbbeee! Since the Rays won their opener, make it a light play for a 2-0 start.
