Las Vegas - Bouncing on to the NBA hardwood in Indianapolis for a look at the Pacers/Lakers game. Luka, Luka, Luka. Sure Doncic is a generational talent, and LeBron is gonna be on Mount Rushmore, but they're not together just yet. They have lost three in a row, seven of the last 10 and drag an 0-5 road streak into the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. These two met in L.A. back in February with the Lakers posting a 124-117 win. We know that the Lake Show is solid at home (28-9), but on the road, a 15-19 record ain't gonna scare anyone. If you have not been following, Indy is on a sweet roll, winning five in a row and seven of the last nine. We all know about Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam, but the Pacers bring much more to the table. Their second unit with Obi Toppin, T.J. McConnell and Bennedict Mathurin just combined for 63 minutes, 41 points and 12 boards against the T'wolves. And Rick Carlisle knows how to coach 'em up, especially at home where the Pacers have the second best record in the Eastern Conference at 24-9 trailing only the 1st place Cavaliers (30-5). Gimme Indy for the money.
