So, BvB gets a pass. In the three games prior to that, Die Schwarzgelben beat Monchengladbach 1-0, Arminia 3-0 and Schalke 4-0. Three games, three BAGELS and an 8-0 score line. These two got together in Spain for the 1st leg and Dortmund beat Sevilla 3-2. The next soccer SUPERSTAR, Erling Haaland, netted a pair of goals, and he should be ready to scorch Los Nervionenses once again. This 20 year old baby from Norway has 29 goals in 28 games this season, which is kinda like Ted Williams batting .406 back in 1941. Gimme Dortmund for the money, or, as they say in Germany, eine Wette eingehen!

Also gonna take a position in the ACC tournament tonight and grab Notre Dame over Wake Forest. We were not paying attention to the Fighting Irish after losing four in a row, but they threw a lightning bolt at us on Saturday, beating a really, really good Florida State team, 83-73. The Irish rolled over Wake back in February, 79-58, and it should be just as easy in Greensboro. We played against the Demon Deacons this past Friday, and they were kind enough to come up on the short end of a 75-63 score against Georgia Tech. That makes seven straight losses, and a truly ugly OH & SIX run against the spread. Irish eyes will be smiling and you can BOOK IT!
